It's really beneath you to advertise the original version but only provide a link to the commanders version. They are NOT the same, and the original DOS version is the only one that allows completely manual loadouts and allows you complete manual control to experiment with 'unapproved' tactics.

I bought this in 1989. I still have Harpoon in my sim-directory today. That's for a reason.

Harpoon - old school Maritime war-game, based on the Board game. Driving one of the parties (USSR or NATO) offer 13 scenarios of a possible world war. The action takes place in real time, so the game is quite dynamic and realistic. Graphics in these games do not count.

The file you are downloading is a special package created by GamesNostalgia so that you can easily run this Amiga gameon Windows Vista, 7 and 10, without any additional effort. The archive includes the required emulator (FS-UAE) and it's already configured.
