Your Mission:

Manager Mountain Lion
  • Organize the company’s presence at industry trade shows and attend shows as a face of the company
  • Manage creation and execution of assorted print materials
  • Develop the company’s marketing communications strategy
  • Directly manage several marketing communications efforts, including social media marketing, content writing, etc. and provide direction to external marketing agencies where appropriate
  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing material to target audiences
  • Develop plans & materials to support dealer/distributor marketing efforts
  • Conduct market share analysis & market research projects
  • Stay up to date on product and brand strategy processes
  • Utilize strategic planning processes to ensure tactical execution
  • Review and evaluate marketing activities to maintain market awareness
  • Report on marketing KPIs and metrics

  • Proven leadership experience in a team setting
  • Proven experience in a related industry working within a dealer/distributor model
  • Skilled at strategic development, tactical execution, gap management and process mapping
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent in ambiguous work environments and can work independently
  • Travel up to 30%
