Outlook Attachments Warning Letter

When I right click on an item on my desktop and choose 'Send To > Mail
Recipient' Outlook Express loads the file and opens an email. I find using
this method insures I don't forget the attachment and that I get the correct
attachment. What I don't like it that it adds the following statement when
using this method:
The message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:
<filename>
Note: To protect against computer viruses, e-mail programs may prevent
sending or receiving certain types of file attachments. Check your e-mail
security settings to determine how attachments are handled.
Is there a way to stop Outlook Express from entering this message? I know I
can delete it, but am tired of doing that all the time.
Thanks!
